Chairman M. Masinda called the Public Hearing to order at 7:30 PM.

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. ZBA2015-11 Application for a 25’ rear line variance to build a garage at 75 Ruby Road (Map 15 Lot 27 Zone R80) Owner: Yuna Davtyan Applicant: Yuna Davtyan & Ewen Cameron (Received January 14, 2016 Public Hearing February 11, 2016 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.) HEARING CONTINUED TO MARCH 10, 2016.
Ewen Cameron was present to speak about his application. He said that the location that they wanted to put the garage is ledge. They would like to move it back but would need a 25’ rear line variance. The Board Members review the map showing the new location, they discussed the location of the septic system and the topography of the land.
R. Maloney motion to close the Public Hearing. M. Masinda seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
R. Maloney opened the regular meeting.

Jack Rup motion to approved ZBA2015-11 for a 25’ rear line variance to build a garage at 75 Ruby Road. John Prusak seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
E. New Business:
1. ZBA2016-2 Application for Special Exception to Park Trucks/Trailers and use garage for storage at 165 River Road (Map 15 Lot 8 Zone R80) Owner: Ruiling Wei Applicant: Robert Dow (Received March 10, 2016 Public Hearing on April 14, 2016 decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Application was received, a Public Hearing date was set for April 14, 2016.

John Prusak to motion to approve the minutes of December 10, 2015. W. Bland seconded the motion. ~All voted in favor.
